It has been a month since our amazing conference in San Jose, California, and for WiBE, the summer is the time for rejuvenation and catching up. The end of the semester was a blur of end-of-school activities and many many long days of conference planning.

I know I can’t always run at 110%, but after charging along at hypersonic speed, how do I determine if I’m catching my breath or simply losing momentum?

Because sometimes we need to slow down to speed up.

So I want you to check out on that vacation, take a shorter day, clean out your inbox, and declutter those drawers.

Sloths are the slowest mammals on the planet, but they are one of the smartest and very strong.

Sending you my best wishes for the slothiest of summers: may it be slow, smart, and sweet so you can start out your fall strong.
