The higher you go, the smaller your circle, and the more you carry that you cannot say out loud on your own campus. We built WIBE so no one has to lead it alone. A standing room of peers in the same seat, who understand the job before you finish explaining it.
Our name grew with the community.
WIBE began as Women in Business Education. The name reflected where we started and who first found a home here. As the community grew, so did its meaning.
Today WIBE stands for Where Imagination Builds Excellence. The letters stayed the same. The doors opened wider. The belief never changed. Imagination, applied to the hardest seats in leadership, builds something excellent and lasting. WIBE is now open to every leader in business education, men and women alike, across six continents.
