Three days of diverse and inspiring speakers

from around the globe

Wednesday, October 6

How do leadership qualities shift over the course of one’s academic career and what do you need to do now to prepare for tomorrow.  We’ll look at how we are building leadership skills in academia and we’ll bust through the myths about what it looks like to lead a business school.

Thursday, October 7

How can we disrupt the traditional roles in business education and ensure that we are a part of any future we make? Leaders in fields such as artificial intelligence, future studies and business academia will discuss how they broke through barriers, and how you can (and will)  too.  The future is bright, lets get you to where you need to go.

Friday, October 8

How are we establishing a diversity enabling infrastructure in our institutions and among our stakeholders?   Creating deep impact across an institution takes allies. These sessions will focus on the connection between allyship and leadership, including male allyship and allyship to women of color to support those on their path to leadership.
