Twenty years. Twenty-three countries. And one belief that has never changed. No one should have to lead alone.
I spent twenty years learning what people really need.
For two decades I connected leaders and built networks across higher education, industry, and global organizations. I worked in twenty-three countries. I launched accelerators, produced national summits, and built partnerships between people who needed to find each other.
On paper, I had the career I was supposed to want. The corner office. A team across several states. But something never fit. I was leading, but it was not the kind of leadership I was looking for.
So in 2020, I stopped waiting and started building.
WIBE began as a bold idea and grew into a global community of leaders in business education. Since then I have worked with more than nine hundred deans, associate deans, and senior academic leaders across six continents.
It is the most meaningful work I have ever done. Not because of the size, but because of the people. The dean who finally has somewhere to think out loud. The associate dean who stops feeling like the only one carrying it. That is the whole point of the room.
Stop looking up at the few spots above you. Dig for the opportunities just beneath the surface.

When I'm not working, you'll find me on the tennis court, driving my two teenagers to practice, or trying to wear out a very high-energy German Shepherd.
I'm a relentless reader. Saturday mornings are for a new book or an online course, usually something completely random off the new releases shelf. Crocheting, coding, cooking from a country I've never been to. A curious mind finds good ideas in the most unexpected places.
